These arrived just a little later than originally expected, but I saw the socks, the delay was worth it. The colors are bright, and the pictures are crisp and clear. The fabric is also a really nice quality with good stretch, and the stretch doesn't distort the print. I will definitely be ordering again.
The socks came out really well, and I’m happy with the final product. However, the customer service was nonexistent. I requested a digital proof via email for approval prior to production and also paid $4 for gift wrap. Neither was provided.
I received an email stating that my socks were being shipped, but I never received the proof I requested. I emailed the company twice and left a voicemail asking about the missing proof and the gift wrap, but I never received a response.
Thankfully, the socks were made correctly, but they were not gift wrapped as paid for, which left the present poorly presented.
I paid extra specifically to review a design proof before anything was printed. Instead, I got a shipping notification before I ever saw a proof. I reached out to customer support right away… no response.
The order arrived and of course the design was noticeably off. I emailed again, still nothing. It’s now been over a week with zero communication, no solution offered, and no refund. Really disappointing experience.
Definitely great quality. I was a little skeptical but ended up very happy with product!!
